-
Half a year since our last post, by accident,
we are at it again.
-
We've just completed our move to Purcellville, VA. Sara is
working here as a librarian for PHC. I am continuing to work
from home and seek entrance into a school for further graduate
work.
-
As for past news items, I passed the German exam!, Our house
modifications helped to sell the old place, now I have to fix up
a new place!, but we never got to the deck, my 2nd class at UVA
was a bit of a bummer, I didn't get into a school this year, and
lastly, Sara is gearing up at the new job and isn't thinking of
more schooling at this time.
-
My neighbor invited me to play basketball at 6AM three days a
week. I said no at first, but then changed my mind. I am not
sure if I'll make it or if it will kill me!

- David just took his German translation exam.
Sara's work at Liberty University Library is going well. We just
put in a new wood-burning stove in the basement. We also put in
a new front walkway to our house, but it isn't finished yet.
- Plans: We hope to put on a small deck with a
pergola roof this winter. After that, the only project left will
be the kitchen floor. We're installing the walnut flooring we
bought last summer one of these days. We need to rent a
pneumatic nailer for that specific task, however.
- I'm starting my next
class at UVA tomorrow.
Experience (836) with Dr.
Harold Langsam. It's a philosophy of mind class.
- Church: Our church still doesn't have a
pastor. I am teaching a Sunday morning class, but I am only one
of two teachers at that time. I hope that we will get a pastor
soon... know anyone?
- I hope to get into a school by April. If I
do, I might need a good used car that gets high gas mileage. I
was thinking of putting a new engine into an old Ford Festiva to
see if that would be the best way to get to far-away places
regularly, financially speaking.
- Sara is trying to get up the energy and
courage to begin another masters degree. Her field considers a
second masters to be very important. She is thinking of studying
either theology or business administration... any advice?
